Good Neighbor Next Door is a program that provides a 50% discount on HUD homes with as little as $100 down payment. Program is specifically for firefighters, medical technicians, police officers, and teachers/faculty in grades K-12. Available Nationwide in Revitalization Areas.

Benefit Details

Assistance amount is up to a 50% discount of sales price. Benefit: This program allows full-time law enforcement officers, teachers and medical technicians to purchase a HUD home at a reduced price. Homebuyer Counseling / Education Required: No Owner Occupancy Required: Yes Other Program Comments: Must be owner occupied for at least 3 years. Do not have to be first-time homeowners, but cannot own other home at time of closing.
