Not to exceed 80% of HUD low to moderate imcome limits For improvement of primary residence to bring conditions to code and alllow safe accessibilty. HUD Median Income Limits: 80 Is this program for first time buyers only? No

Benefit Details

Minimum of $1,000 Benefit: 10 year forgivable loan. Loan will be forgiven 10% each year. Loan Term: 10 Years years Owner Occupancy Required: 0 Other Program Comments: Assigned licensed inspecter will determine the benefit for the improvement loan
