Medical Worker, Teacher, Police and Firefighter Flex is a program designed to help full-time medical workers, teachers, police officers and firefighters without established credit history, to qualify for a loan with little or no down payment. The program also offers flexible credit guidelines. Available in all locations.


Who is eligible for this program?


This program is available to full-time medical professional including, but not limited to, nurses, nursing assistants, medical technicians, dental assistants, pharmacy assistants, or employees of hospitals, nursing facilities, or doctors' offices. Must be able to contribute 1% of the purchase price or $500 of your own funds. Please refer to the lender's income guidelines for eligibility.

$500 of borrower's own funds is required. Closing costs and prepaids can be financed.
